Evals: no necesitás un score, necesitás un gate
Todos miden la calidad de su sistema de IA con un juez que devuelve 4,3 sobre 5. Ese número no bloqueó un deploy en su vida. El problema no es medir mejor — es que la industria está midiendo para reportar, no para decidir.
LLMs: el modelo mental correcto
La mayoría de los equipos deciden meter un LLM sin ningún criterio. No porque les falte curiosidad — porque no tienen un modelo mental del mecanismo, y sin eso no hay marco de decisión posible.
RAG sin humo: entendé el mecanismo y vas a predecir los fallos
Un embedding colapsa un texto en un punto y tira todo lo demás. De esa sola frase se deduce, antes de tener un usuario, la lista exacta de queries en las que tu sistema va a fallar. Acá está el mecanismo, el lab que lo mide en treinta segundos y el punto donde te conviene un buscador común.
